Hello,

As I’d like right now to specify my tweets, I’ve created two new twitter accounts. Though, I wanted to add them to my jabber account but I’ve seen, tweet.im linked me to the last twitter account, so… it’s not possible to have multiple twitter accounts on tweet.im?

Cheers!

Hello,

I would like to know if there’s difference between “D nickname message” and “d nickname message” because sometimes “d” doesn’t work, contrary to “D” which seems to always work.

Auto shorten URLs

Do you have plans of supporting auto shorting URLs in messages? Twitter does this automagically if you use the web interface.

Regards,
Problem with dealing tweet-im message in XMPP client

Hi, all
I’m developing a gtalk client for blackberry(http://btalk.googlecode.com)
There seems to be some problem while communicating with tweet-im. I don’t know how tweet-im push messages to XMPP clients? It seems that it doesn’t send message with message tag in XML? Is there a instruction about the message format tweet-im used? Thanks~

image URLs in tweets look funky

At some point in the last few months the gateway started adding user profile image URLs to the gatewayed messages from Twitter. I’m using Pidgin on Linux for my IM client. So a sample message looks like:

(02:15:42 PM) rlbob at twitter dot tweet dot im: http://a1.twimg.com/profile_images/273625688/sxbvnTNa.IMG_0006_normal.JPG Dave Kearns (dak3): The smells coming from the kitchen are driving me CRAZY!

ie, a long image URL messing up the look of the message. Is it a problem with my client that it doesn’t handle this properly? Do other IM clients do something useful with it? Or can that URL be made a link behind some icon or something?

Thanks,

- RL “Bob”
