Push notification + debug report

Hi,

The push notification is not working when connected via SSL on talk.google.com (after enabling it is ‘connecting’ in contact list + none push notification isn’t posted if a message is send to me). With TLS it’s OK.

And second thing: when I want to send a debug log after describing my problem the keyboard can’t be hide to finally submit the log to your servers.

OneTeam for iPhone and iPad seems to be connected to msn server but it doesn’t load my contact list.
It worked fine until a few days ago. What happened?

Am I the one who have this issue?

Hi, I’m connecting to openfire xmpp server and contact list set to either manual or automatic load takes several minutes to load up. Once loaded it works fine.
Any suggestions appreciated. (around 100 contacts total)

In OneTeam for iPad and iPhone, it appears that messages and replies are not timestamped and there’s no option for setting that. Could this be added as a feature in a subsequent release please?

Push notifications not working

My iphone is not receiving push notifications. Until a week ago it was working perfect, and with the new version the app store automatically download is not!

Stuck on “Connecting…”

Hello, I currently use Pidgin at my workplace and want to use this on my iPhone. Pidgin is XMPP. So I’ve set it up and tried to connect… but it’s stuck on “Connecting…”. Why would that happen?

For my jabber-ID I use the e-mail address information, just like I do with Pidgin. I have the correct passcode as well. Ports are the same. Server appears to be accurate (it’s the extension of the e-mail address).

I do have a data connection. Other apps that require a network connection work fine.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Connection Problem to Oracle Beehive

Hi,

I just purchased your iphone app and I am trying to connect to XMPP account, I use the following account configuration which the same I am using on my pidgin client desktop:

- user name: first dot last at oracle dot com
- hostname (server): stbeehive.oracle.com

- port: 5223 - force old port ssl

When I connect, the application go for very long connecting trail and return back after connection timeout, with the error “check if internet connection is available or that server is not reachable”

Please let me know what to do to get it work?

P.S screen shot copy of pidgin configuration is attached (no proxy is used) - please let me know how to map such config to your app.

Not able to connect on 3G while it connets properly on wi-fi

Hi , Since last updated app is not working and keeps showing connecting message while iam on 3G. It never connects now.

But if iam on wi-fi app works fine. There is no point in having this app if it can not work on 3g.

Hiding the keyboard on iPad

I think it’s one of newer feature. When I pan in the conversation window it hide the keyboard and it is little bit annoying when I want just look what I wrote a moment ago. It would be much better ux if the keyboard hide after for example double taping the conversation area.
