You should not have remove your contact because it was working correctly from our end.

But now that I *have* removed the contact, I can’t *re-add* the contact.  It always shows up offline.  It’s the offline problem that I was posting about, which I thought was the topic of this thread.  Can you help with this at all?

Don’t know if you did anything, but I can add the contact now and it shows up online.  Thanks!
