Hi, I am trying to connect to the OpenFire company server, my username does not contains the character @, and when I try to connect the app tells me that I have to add the @.

Like an email address, a Jabber ID has a username part and a domain name part.
Both are needed to identify you. You have to provide .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to be able to connect in OneTeam.
If you do not know it because you did not configure your desktop client, ask your corporate IT team for the domain name (or full Jabber ID).

host: zipper.linuras.com

I am looking for the complete JID in OpenFire, and it is juan@servername, but when I try to put thin in oneteam, it tells me that I have to add somthing like .com.
what can I do??
