for my surprise, password clear text on log file, when loglevel 5 in config file, how i disable this?

Log level 5, as explained in the config file and documentation, is a debug mode.

It is not a normal operation mode for a server.

To disable it, switch to loglevel 3 (or 4).

That worked well for me when I tried it.

It depends on your traffic. For small servers that’s okay yes.
