I’m having the exact same problem. This was really confusing, I just registered today and could only send DMs - even the “help” command just sent “help” to myself.

We still cannot understand reproduce the problem. What is your Twitter id ?

My id is jarasm. Just sent some messages, they immediately arrived as DMs.
