Hi,

I’ve been looking for a native Jabber client which runs on the iPhone but doesn’t require a proxy server and think I found it in One Team?

However, it will not work on my iPhone 3GS.  It looks like it successfully installs after download from the App Store, but when i configure with my valid Jabber account info the app crashes every time i launch it:  No exceptions.  I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling but it just goes back to the same “unknown error” popup, with a quicker Jabber popup which i flashes so fast you can’t read it, then the app dies.

Can someone help me thru this?  Looking at the comments on the App Store, many users seem to be having similar issues so you would be a hero if this can be worked out.  btw: we had considered recommending this to the whole company (LARGE multi-national) but this is a showstopper.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Hello,

We have not been able to reproduce this type of problem.
I now think it could be related to wrong network parameters like trying to access a local corporate network with short domain name on 3G network.

Ideally having an account to test ourself on your server would help (You can send that to me as Private Message).

Other information like server type, domain name, can help.

Thank you !

We need more info, as I try to generate various type of problems and did not manage to reproduce your case.
It might have to do with what the server is actually returning.

What is your XMPP server ?
Any test account we could use ?
