Hi,

Since yesterday I’m trying to have tweet.im (@benoitc] in my jabber but neither the transport nor .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) user appear. If i open psi I can see the transport but that’s all. Is there a way to reset registration ? I tried the sign-out link then sign-in but it didn’t change anything.

any help is appreciated :)

That is indeed odd. Let’s try the usual full reset. First, remove the transport contact from your roster. Then, sign-out on the website. Then, restart your Jabber client in order to reconnect.

Now, proceed with registration as usual, from tweet.IM homepage. If successful, the transport contact should immediately request authorization in your Jabber client. If not, you can try reconnecting to your Jabber. Please write if that routine helped, if not, we’ll try to help more :)

Sorry for the trouble, but we were unable to repeat your problem, so we are still not sure what might have caused it.

I did this, so now i’ve the transport appeared in adium but not the .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) . Could it be a problem on server side ? Or maybe it is caused by lot of registration on your side ?

Well, at this point I am not sure. It should not be a problem with a lot of users (we can handle really a lot). It might be a problem on our side with something different, we will double-check. In the mean time, you can try re-registering again sometime later on.

sorry just saw the message no. My jid is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) . I just retried now and only the transport appear.
