In this case, you should configure OneTeam for iPhone Security = Legacy SSL (not TLS).

If it still does not work, you can send logs in this thread, or privately if it contains sensitive data.

I know this is in the wrong side of the forum, as I am personally trying to use OneTeam for Mac not OneTeam for iPhone, but I was following on from the existing thread connecting to Oracle Beehive.

Just as a quick followup, I purchased and downloaded OneTeam for iPhone and connected just fine… but now it attempts to connect and crashes out :(
OneTeam for Mac is still the same :(

In OneTeam Desktop, there is an option in the Preferences for the Old-style SSL.

Can you please provide logs for your OneTeam iOS crashes?
