Using OneTeam 3.2.5 for iPhone (from the App Store), when I add a contact to the contact list, then “Save” to go back to the contact list, it still says there are “No contacts”.

I’ve tried a number of things:

1) made sure the other ID was online (via desktop client)

2) tried turning “Hide offline contacts” off (and on also)

3) tried both settings for “Enable groups in Contact List” also

Any other ideas?

Also, a suggestion.  I saw in the forums where the “Hide offline contacts” is a feature that has been added.  If you include a line at the bottom that says “No offline contacts” or “nn offline contacts”, then you’ll know whether or not a new contact was added successfully, and if they’re just offline at the moment.

Thanks.

Tried again today using OneTeam 3.3.3 for iPad ($5.99 from the App Store) with no better results.

No contacts show up, even ones I know are currently online, and even with the “Hide offline contacts” setting set to “OFF”.

Any ideas yet?  It would be nice to be able to use this app that was purchased….
