Using OneTeam with Google apps

Hello-

Found your OneTeam for Gtalk app on iTunes for .99 cents, but saw it would not work with my Google Apps hosted domain.  Saw that your $5.99 app (OneTeam for Iphone) would, however.  So, I purchased it.

However, I am not having any luck in getting it to work.

I enter all the information (username, password, domain) but the app never connects and finds my contacts.

I changed the server (under advanced) to push.process-one.net as read in another post on this forum.

So far, nothing.

On a whim, I entered a gmail account that I have (and have used gtalk with this account), password….changed domain to push.process-one.net…and it was able to retrieve all my contacts.

So…any ideas?

Also, as a suggestion….Clearer, more concise instructions on setting up this app (either on your website, or within the app itself) would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hello, username is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Is that what you use ?
No need to change the push.process-one.net advanced setting unless you need push.

Yes….my username is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) (where the letters represent my actual name and domain name).

Is this what you you are asking?

Also….your last note about push.process-one.net is confusing.  Should I use that IF I want push, or do I use something else IF I want push?  The way your note reads is that I use that (push.process-one.net) UNLESS I want push, then I use something else.

Is that what you meant?
