You should access the gateway regardless of not being shown on the list of available gateways.
Can you access remaining transports? What do you mean with ‘joined transport success’? Were you able to login?
Anyway we are investigating an issue with roster auto addition, I will keep you updated in brief.
Ok, thank you for detailed feedback. As expected, the gateway is working, but the problem occurs while processing the external roster received. Seems a particular combination of your roster (the one from the external xmpp server) which causes the issue.
We are investigating it in detail to solve it.

yesterday afternoon we updated the gateway to accomodate with the stanza format received in your case. About the subscription process, we are working on it and will notify soon when solved.
