I have just purchased oneteam for iPhone.
I have followed the directions within the app, but could not create a new oneteam.im account.
After I press the “Create” button, the screen just keep showing the message “Connecting” without anything actually happenning.

I cannot use the app at all, please help!!

I’m using an iPhone 2G, FW 3.1.3

Yeah. I’ve just bought this software. And it doesn’t work.

For an hour I tried to create my account. I went to the oneteam.im site (AND INSTALL FIREFOX) and… «Firefox hasn’t found jar:https://oneteam.im/oneteam-en-US.jar!/content/account.xul.» Amazing, guys. Brilliant work. And after this hour of f*cking with you app, I went to talkr.im (why????) and finally made it. Ye-ha.

But…
Files (pictures) doesn’t send (’Connection…’). From OneTeam to OneTeam!!!
It has only option to add XMPP-account. Why? I have 3 and I need it all! Jabber-oriented messager?
iPad UI. You just resize resolution without any changes. That’s good for iPhone not anytime good for big screen of iPad. Let’s see on login window. I have to go to special page to write login, special page to type password, superspecial page to verify my pass. Are you going crazy? And all another thing — same sh*t. A was confused… :(

You need to create the account directly from oneteam on iphone, not from the web site.

We are taking a look at oneteam.im and yes the workaround is to create and use an account on http://talkr.im since it also has the push feature.

We believe we have fixed the problem.
