Just added the oneteam app to iphone so I could connect to NWSCHAT. I use the NWS Chat on my home computer and works flawlessly. It uses Pidgin for a IM client which is XMPP based. I put all info into the new app and all I get is connecting. Then it times out. This is a no good app for the price of 5.99 stateside. Very disappointed in the support also. Sent e-mail to support and never recieved any response. Would not reccomend this to anyone. Should have read the reviews first.

dissappointed in the US.

Sorry but this is not exact.
I personnally reply to all mails. I have got several people asking about something called NWS.
This is something we do not know about. I have asked more questions along with debug information from the debug console and if possible a way to connect to check if something is wrong.
All I received is an expension of the acronym. It seems you are talking about a private server called National Weather Service.

Oneteam works for thousands of happy users.
It seems there is communication problems with the people trying to connect to this private server. We know nothing about it, so unless someone spend time to provide information, I do not think we can do something to help.

So, please arrange something to have you or someone from NWS help.

Hello,

After talking with Mickael and some changing in the setup of Oneteam, The app is now working. Mickael replied severasl times in response to the problem. The problem was in the way the info was put into the required fields. The app is a plus for using on iphone. I needed this for the NWS server which was jabber based. Thanks for the help and would recommend this app for the ones needing a client for buisness and corporate use.

Thanks,

Ron
