I have oneteam for Iphone working with my CUPS servers.  I have two issues that I’m trying to find some answers to.  Cisco has not created an IM client yet for the Iphone so I believe this would be a good product for Process One if they can get it working correctly.

Issue
1. UserID not name shows in contact list
  This CUPS servers are setup with users on different servers and if the user has a contact that is not on their home server then the ID only shows up and not the associated name. 
2.  Cant Search for New Users—AD Integration
  We utilize AD integration for CUPS and having the ability to search users either through CUPS or AD would allow my company to better utilize the product.

Is there a contact number or email in which I can discuss this with developers?

Regarding search: We have no plan to support search in oneteam yet.

Regarding problem 1: In my understanding this is a server side problem. If the roster return nickname (name of the user) we use it to render the username.
Maybe I do not understand your problem correctly ?
