I’ve done
cean:install(distel)
But in folder “CEAN\erlang\lib\distel-2007.0302\” there is no elisp folder and so how do I use it with Emacs?

it seems as if the distel archive is missing the elisp directory. i will see if this can be corrected real soon now.
