Invalid Jabber-ID or password

I can’t use my TextOne. I keep getting a message about invelid Jabber-Id. I have just updated my version of TextOne yesterday. Can anyone help how to resolve it?

I have reinstalled my TextOne, but even if i can remember my id and my key, textOne wouldn’t let me log in. Can you help?

Then please tell me in a private message, what is your username, and a subset of your friends’ usernames, we will reset your key for you.
