What is the recommended setup of ejabberd for a reliable always available Live Service:

- Which DB mechanism? MySQL? Native MNesia? etc…
- Which ejabberd Version? 1.x or 2?
- Which Erlang Version?
- Recomended Modules to be disabled?

Mnesia is acceptable for hundreds of accounts. For more, better MySQL or PgSQL.
