Both are pretty slow though this one seems a bit better. Maybe Process One wants to sell support so P.O. employees aren’t too quick to respond? Can’t begrudge them that. Or maybe they’re too busy. Anyway, it’s about “community support” so…
The only answer I have is to check the boards every once in a while and answer whatever I can… as I learn more…
