Push notifications not working

I’m using the proxy server in OneTeam with my FastMail jabber account (same as my email address for this account on the forum).

I also have a separate/unrelated gmail account that I was using to talk to myself to test the push notifications.

When I closed the OneTeam app on my iPhone, I saw that my status changed to busy and the status message updated to reflect what I put in the push settings, so it seems that the proxy server is connecting to my account, but when I send myself messages from the gmail account I am not getting the push notifications (I have it configured to send notifications of all events).

These are my OneTeam settings:
Enable push: on
Groupchat push: off
Session duration: 24 hours (also tried with 6 hours)
Status in push mode: busy
Show popups on: all events

I have double checked the iOS settings app and push notifications are enabled for the OneTeam app.

Is there anything I am missing, or is the proxy server just not working for me for some reason?

Thanks

Please disregard, I figured out the issue.

I had another resource logged in that I didn’t know about with apparently a higher priority than the proxy server was using, so messages were going there instead of being pushed by the proxy. As soon as I logged out the other resource, push notifications started working.
