in the box : [object Element]

and a second box : [Application JavaScript]

in the box : Error during connection. (Wrong username or password?)

Please use the page http://oneteam.im/ and not http://www.oneteam.im/
Normally the link you have received lead you to the correct page.

Otherwise, I tried with the information your received and it works.
You have even added a contact to your roster, so obviously it is working correctly.

It cannot connect, either because you do not have entered the correct username / password or because you have changed your Firefox setting (to refuse cookies for example).
