We are pleased to celebrate ejabberd’s 10th anniversary! For ten years ejabberd remains a first class choice in instant messaging world. For seven years many customers trusted ProcessOne to support ejabberd and assist them to success.

  1. ejabberd started as an Open Source project. Will ejabberd 3.0 and its core modules continue be Open Source?

      1. Is there any timeframe for this? There does not seem to be too much activity on Git.

        1. You will not see it on Git until it is ready as it will be a huge change with no direct correlation with the existing code. We will be extracting that code from a quite different code base.
          We do not have timeframe for this new version, as it depends on the time we can allow on this between commercial projects.
